Michael James Mette is a Catholic performing artist who blends music, technology, and testimony. He has spent much of the past 3 years touring the country with his wife and six young children. Together, they have visited 44 states and shared their ministry with countless parishes on their journey. His music is passionate like a Friday night and reverent like a Sunday morning
His latest album "Arts + Humanity" (2015) sits at the intersection of Church and culture. "Bring Forth the Light" (2012) reflects a mature view of the Catholic faith, exploring musical themes of human love, life, and the afterlife. His debut album, "Always What I Need" (2010) encourages simple trust in God's providence. Michael has served in the Air Force and worked over 10 years in parish ministry.
In between concerts, driving days, & helping with homeschool, Michael's hobbies include roller coasters, cooking, running, and Cardinal's baseball.
